Return Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of **health, nutrition, and supplement products**, we apply strict but fair return guidelines to protect all customers.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or defective state
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Products purchased on clearance or promotional offers

Refunds & Exchanges

If your return request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Exchange for a product of equal value

Cash refunds are not provided. Any approved refunds will be issued as store credit or product replacement.
